Develop and automate dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs, uncover trends, and surface actionable insights; enhance performance tracking and lead variance analysis to identify key drivers and translate into operational decisions. Create and present reporting packages for senior leadership, contributing to monthly and quarterly business reviews with clear, concise narratives. Dive into complex datasets to transform swaths of data into meaningful insights that drive smart business decisions. Requirements: BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related. Three (3) or more years of experience in FP&A, management consulting, or public and managerial accounting. Advanced Excel skills. Meticulous attention to detail and a drive for accuracy. Clear and confident communicator—able to translate data into stories. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong analytical thinker with a high degree of precision and critical reasoning. Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal direction. Experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment is a plus. Experience with Datarails, Microsoft Dynamics D365 or Power BI is a plus.
