Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, analyze data from multiple systems, provide ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with teams to enable data-driven decisions.
1-2 years experience in data or analytics role, proficiency in Power BI and Excel, basic SQL knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to handle PHI/SPI data.
Description: • Create, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and Product teams • Gather and analyze data from multiple systems (CRM, ERP, support, product usage, and financial systems) • Translate business needs into actionable reporting and dashboard requirements • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting outputs • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership decisions • Document dashboard processes, data sources, and business rules for long-term maintainability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that enable data-driven decisions • Handle PHI/SPI in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 1–2 years of experience in a data, reporting, or analytics role • Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred) or similar BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Strong proficiency in Excel • Basic knowledge of SQL • Analytical thinker with attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication skills — able to explain data and dashboards to non-technical stakeholders • Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, techniques, and business processes • Ability to handle PHI/SPI and comply with applicable laws and internal policies Benefits: • Employer paid Life Insurance / AD&D / Short-Term Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance / Term Life Insurance / AD&D • Access to FSA Plans & Commuter Benefit Plans • 401(k) Savings Plan with Company Match of $0.50 per $1 on first 8% of pay (immediately 100% vested) • Access to the Roper Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Paid Parental Leave Program • Remote work (Location: Remote within the US)
