Reception • Directing our customers via their phone inquiries to the appropriate team member. • Greet all customers and visitors in a professional manner and notifying the appropriate team member. Administrative • Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail • Perform backup duties for the shipping and receiving department • Produce badges to fill customer orders • Develop a knowledge of company products and related accessories and components • Receive and process sales calls and provide quotes for consumables, parts and repairs • Purchase and maintain the company’s office supplies • Track customer annual service agreements, send renewal notices and invoice as appropriate Accounting/Bookkeeping • Become the SME on company’s accounting system and its reporting • Process all sales orders and invoices on a timely basis • Process all cash receipts on a timely basis • Prepare deposits and take to bank as needed • Process payroll • Generate, receive and process purchase orders on a timely basis • Process accounts payable generating checks for signature Comp base salary is 90K plus great benefits!
