Manage and support digital marketing campaigns, intake processes, performance tracking, and cross-team coordination for multiple franchises. | 6+ years marketing campaign management experience with strong skills in digital/social/email campaigns, data-driven presentations, and stakeholder collaboration. | Our customer is a leading global media and entertainment company that creates and distributes a large portfolio of content and brands across television, film, and streaming and is available in over 200 countries and territories and over 45 languages. Headquartered in New York, NY with more than 30 office locations in the United States. We are seeking a Marketing - Marketing Manager I on a contract basis to support their business needs. This role is hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote/week) in Burbank, CA. Operating across franchises, this position partners closely with Social, Product, CRM, Franchise, Legal, Finance, and external marketing and platform partners to support campaign planning, marketing intake management, performance tracking/reporting, and day-to-day operational workflows. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker, excellent communicator, and creative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Responsibilities • Manage and evolve digital and partner marketing intake processes, ensuring alignment with priorities, strategies, and capacity • Support campaign planning across multiple franchises, including brief development, timelines, and partner coordination • Develop marketing decks, frameworks, and narratives for campaign reviews, partner discussions, and leadership updates • Track and report on campaign performance across digital, social, CRM, and partner channels • Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations • Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrated marketing initiatives and special projects • Share best practices and learnings across franchises to improve workflows and campaign effectiveness • Support business operations, including roadmap tracking, meeting preparation, and follow-ups • Assist with procurement, legal, and vendor workflows related to marketing initiatives • Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely execution of deliverables Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, including digital, social, and email campaigns • Strong experience in building decks and delivering data-driven presentations and wrap reports • Proven experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups • Strong understanding of digital and partner marketing ecosystems and campaign performance measurement • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative data into clear insights and recommendations • Experience developing marketing frameworks, narratives, and presentations for leadership audiences • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills • Self-starter with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with digital platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and CRM systems Preferred Qualifications • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable • Experience in entertainment, media, or franchise-driven environments • Passion or familiarity with major entertainment franchises We offer a competitive salary range for this position. The Mom Project is seeking an IT Security Analyst to support a large United States insurance company with over 100 years of experience. This 100% remote role involves deploying AI security solutions, overseeing stack-specific security, and collaborating with various security teams to align AI protection strategies with enterprise security goals. Responsibilities • Lead the implementation of AI security platforms, with a focus on LLM firewalling and prompt security. • Evaluate and procure tools to support GenAI protection across user and developer environments. • Deploy desktop-level security agents to monitor and control prompt submissions to GenAI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). Ensure curated data is protected, and prompt activity is visible and auditable. • Implement agentic security capabilities to safeguard developer environments interacting with AI models.
