We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager on a contract basis to help support our Customer's business needs. This role is open to candidates based in SF, NYC, LA, or Chicago and requires occasional travel to one or more of these hubs. Responsibilities • Support implementation and post–contract-signature execution of strategic partnerships • Coordinate integration of new partnerships with cross-functional internal teams, including operations, engineering, product, marketing, design, finance, accounting, legal, and growth • Guide external partners through onboarding and integration to ensure alignment on initiatives, priorities, and commitments • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnership success • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance against defined KPIs • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and course-correct partnerships when targets are not met • Identify and develop new initiatives to expand and enhance existing partnership programs • Develop a point of view on partnership performance and structure to support renewal recommendations or escalation of risks and challenges • Lead straightforward partnership renewals and territory expansions as appropriate • Support deal leads on complex partnership restructures and negotiations • Operate effectively in fast-changing environments while managing multiple workstreams Skills And Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, corporate development, management consulting, or program development • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners • Experience supporting marketplace, logistics, or delivery-based business models • Experience managing partnerships tied to local or regional economies • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder partnership structures • Strategic, analytical, and data-driven approach to partnership management • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills • Ability to evaluate competitive landscapes and market dynamics • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments We offer a competitive salary range for this position.
