The Retail Store Manager is responsible for running day-to-day sales and operations while meeting excellent customer service standards. Manage regional HR functions including employee relations, labor relations, compliance, and talent development with travel requirements. | Requires 8+ years HR experience including labor relations in retail, 3 years managing teams, and advanced conflict resolution skills. | This HR Manager Position will be a primarily remote position. Locations of interest for home base would be Texas or Illinois. This position requires approximately 25-30% Travel. The Manager, Regional Human Resources works closely and consultatively with Human Resources and Store Operations leaders in the following areas: (a) labor relations (b) employee relations; (c) employee development; (d) statutory and policy compliance; (e) investigations and related activities. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES • Assist field management in resolving varied and potentially complex employee relations matters • Conduct timely, accurate investigations as needed • Audit the execution of company human resource management policies and directives, and compliance with federal, state and local employment and wage and hour statutes. • Assist with the tracking and measurement of key field talent management and retention initiatives. • Consult with line leaders on all performance assessment, performance improvement, and general talent development initiatives.
