Drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution in partnership with sales and marketing teams to support pipeline growth in Education and Public Sector. | 5+ years marketing experience, strong execution skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives, and familiarity with Salesforce and data visualization tools. | Field Marketing Manager (Education and Public Sector) Pay: $45 - 53/HR Duration: 2 yrs In this role, you'll drive end-to-end campaign planning and execution in close partnership with sales, brand, and cross-functional marketing teams. Roles & Responsibilities: • Support Education and Public Sector sales by executing targeted content assets, webinars, and events that drive pipeline. • Align and collaborate with SDR and BDR teams on recent/upcoming campaigns, lead flow, and follow-up strategy to drive post-event and post-campaign engagement. • Partner with field marketing, campaigns, and PMM teams on communication, enablement, and bottom-of-funnel tactics (e.g., one-pagers, exec dinners, roundtables, case studies). • Collaborate with extended teams such as Go-to-Market, Digital Transformation and Sales Programs to execute holistic line of business strategy. • Coordinate with external vendors to execute digital marketing programs and non-tier 1 events, ensuring deliverables and sponsorship benefits are fulfilled. • Build targeted lists, support paid media and digital activations, and align with SLED email nurtures and campaign calendars. • Track and report on campaign performance, providing summaries and insights to sales and field marketing leadership. Experience/Skills Required or Desired: • 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced marketing environment • Experience with public sector experience a plus • Excellent strategic & technical thinking. Highly organized and detail-oriented. • Default to execution with the ability to write materials that present complex concepts effectively across multiple personas, and at both the tactical and executive levels. • Highly efficient team player, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid, sometimes ambiguous environment. • High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. • Works well under pressure and in a high-growth environment that is constantly changing. • Track record for delivering under tight deadlines. • Experience creating and delivering integrated marketing, email marketing, and nurture campaigns that deliver high impact. • Strong communication skills including storytelling with data and in presentations • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Data Visualization, Business Objects or Einstein Analytics a plus.

This position is Remote. Details for the position are as follows: Job Description: • W2 only. No C2C. • Pay: 80.00-88.23/hr. • Length of Assignment: 1 year to start with potential extension. • 100% remote role. No travel required. Must be able to work EST hours. • Department: Regulatory Medical Writing (RMW). • Top Three Skills: • Proven Experience in Digital Transformation & AI-Enabled Workflows Demonstrated success in implementing GenAI or similar technologies for document authoring and automation. Experience with structured data workflows and process optimization in a regulated environment. • Strong Project Coordination & Change Management Capabilities Ability to support cross-functional initiatives including user acceptance testing, deployment planning, and change enablement. Work with internal customers to provide solutions for complex SAP task. Make recommendations to improve effectiveness of the group and increase customer satisfaction. Manage multiple cross function projects with limited oversight.
