Delivers end-to-end analytics solutions, including trend analysis, root cause diagnostics, risk identification, and forward-looking recommendations to improve workforce outcomes, talent strategy, and business performance. Applies statistical and research methods to proactively identify workforce risks and analyze escalated issues, partnering with HR and business leaders to develop data-driven solutions and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of talent management practices.
