Job Description Monitors and analyzes warehouse replenishment requirements for assigned commodities. Creates purchase orders, records of delivery and amendments for efficient Exchange warehouse replenishment. Job Grade 4 Job Tier 1 Career Area Buying and Merchandising Supervisor No Job Qualifications Three years of experience in inventory management or supply chain management. Experience in buying/procurement is preferred. Or Bachelor's degree and one year experience in inventory management or supply chain management. Experience in buying/procurement is preferred. Degree (one Of) • BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one Of) • BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - Preferred Additional Qualifications/Requirements PCS not authorized/LSP not authorized. Location: HQ Dallas, Texas (on-site) Major Duties Monitors and analyzes warehouse replenishment requirements for assigned commodities and creates purchase orders and amendments for warehouse replenishment. Monitors and coordinates purchase orders, tracking and analysis of the distribution of regular stock and promotion inventory. Negotiates with suppliers on expediting goods, discrepancies in delivery and disposition of aged inventory. Answers tally-ins received from distribution centers.
