The Risk Management/Insurance Specialist will support and interact with various contacts on risk management matters, including claims management and contract reviews. Assist with preparation of insurance budget, premium allocations and maintaining a record of all costs. Manage the tracking of specific assets for insurance purposes. Prepare quarterly workers compensation benchmark analysis. Assess and identify trends for potential areas of concern. Support both Risk Management and Security programs, including participating in investigations. Analyze claims to determine cause and if additional action is needed. Create and assign training, set company guidelines and communication to address any potential risk hazards. Perform special project and other duties as assigned.
