Position Summary • Start Date: September 29, 2025 • Duration: 6 months W2 • Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA • Pay Rate: Starting at $22.75 W2 per hour * plus benefits *; higher rate depending on skills and experience Key Responsibilities Mobile Device Management • Create, track, and resolve mobile device requests using ServiceNow platform • Maintain precise documentation of device specifications including IMEI numbers, serial numbers, and models • Collaborate with mobility vendors and international carriers to coordinate device provisioning and service plans • Guide internal customers through seamless mobile device onboarding experiences • Facilitate number porting, new line orders, and international service activation • Deliver comprehensive day-one support and hands-on training for device setup Compliance & Process Excellence • Ensure adherence to corporate mobility policies and industry standards • Support audit processes and maintain meticulous records for mobile assets • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance mobile provisioning workflows • Contribute to workflow optimization and efficiency improvements IT Asset Management Support • Partner with the Asset Management team on inventory tracking and lifecycle management • Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow with focus on data integrity • Source competitive quotes for computers, peripherals, and hardware from approved vendors • Manage purchase request submissions in alignment with procurement policies and timelines Essential Skills & Qualifications • Exceptional organizational abilities - You excel at managing multiple priorities and maintaining detailed records • Agility, accuracy, and efficiency - You work quickly without compromising quality • Outstanding communication and customer service skills - You enjoy helping others and can explain technical concepts clearly • Stakeholder management expertise - You're comfortable coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams • Technology aptitude - You're comfortable with ServiceNow, mobile devices, and IT systems • Global mindset - Experience or interest in working across international markets is a plus Please Apply ASAP
