This role requires a construction background, proven leadership, and the ability to build and manage field crews responsible for pavement-marking and related site-maintenance services. Must be a commutable distance to Marietta, GA You must have a clean driving record - no accidents or tickets in the past 3 years to be eligible for this job. Key Responsibilities Oversee all field operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality project execution Lead and manage crews performing striping, signage installs, wheel-stop placement, and similar tasks Ensure all equipment, trucks, and tools are fully maintained, stocked, and ready for every project Support recruiting, onboarding, and training as the team grows Serve as the primary field contact for customers, addressing needs and ensuring strong satisfaction Manage project planning and scheduling to deliver work on time and within budget Enforce safety standards and promote a safety-first culture across the team Maintain strict quality control across all services delivered Qualifications Construction management or related field experience (residential or commercial) Ability to read and interpret construction plans for bids, layouts, and on-site execution Demonstrated success leading field crews and delivering strong project outcomes Proven operational performance and ability to build customer relationships that drive revenue Strong accountability for planning, scheduling, and execution Knowledge of pavement marking, paving, or concrete work is highly preferred Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Clean driving record

Qualifications • PMP Certification required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred. • 510 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in M&A integration. • Strong background in data integration and process optimization. • Proven success leading diverse teams during acquisitions or large-scale system transitions. • Industry knowledge in elevator, construction, roofing, or HVAC strongly preferred. • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
