Our online test practice platform provides students with a personalized learning experience, allowing for the most impactful practice and highest score improvement. We’ve helped over 500,000 students, and we partner with hundreds of schools, nonprofit organizations, and tutors, many of which help less-advantaged students. About the Role You will have the title of Digital Advertising & Social Media Specialist and will be joining our growing marketing team, which currently has three team members. Your primary focus will be to manage and grow all of our paid advertising and organic social media channels, as well as to create design assets that support marketing initiatives. You’ll be working with everyone on our small team to ensure that Test Innovators continues to grow! Responsibilities • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit. This includes search, video, and display ads. • Manage and grow our organic presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Reddit, and TikTok. This involves creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance. • Design and create marketing collateral, including ads, social posts, infographics, sales sheets, and other design assets. • Track and report on performance metrics, using insights to recommend and implement improvements. • Stay up to date with advertising best practices, social platform updates, and digital marketing trends. You can balance data-driven decision making with strong design sensibility. You’re proactive, collaborative, and comfortable owning multiple projects at once in a remote team setting. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing • Experience managing multi-channel paid advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of organic social media strategies and content creation • Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter • A quiet place to work without disruption and a strong internet connection • Must reside and work in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, HI, KY, MA, MT, NV, NH, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA Desired: • Experience in education technology or e-commerce • Knowledge of admissions processes for independent K–12 schools and colleges • Demonstrated success in a remote work environment Along with your resume, please submit a cover letter that explains how your past experience and future goals are a strong match for this role.
