About the Role You will have the title of B2B Marketing Expert and will be joining our growing marketing team, which currently has three team members. Your primary focus will be driving new partner acquisition and strengthening relationships with existing partners, including schools, nonprofit organizations, and tutors. You will lead the creation and execution of B2B marketing initiatives, while also contributing to strategic planning and bringing new ideas to the table. You’ll be working with everyone on our small team to ensure that Test Innovators continues to grow! Responsibilities • Formulating goals, strategies, and tactics to drive B2B partner acquisition and to nurture existing B2B partner relationships • Building and managing email campaigns to generate marketing qualified leads for the sales team • Creating and supporting the creation of marketing content, including but not limited to blog posts, infographics, sales sheets, videos, and social media posts • Monitoring paid advertising performance and providing strategic recommendations • Planning and hosting webinars and podcasts to engage and educate partners • Preparing for conferences by submitting speaking proposals, managing sponsorships, and producing conference collateral • Tracking and analyzing performance metrics, using insights to recommend and implement improvements • Conducting market research to stay up to date with best practices and emerging trends A Bit About You You are a creative, analytical, and detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and Skills Required: • Bachelor's degree • At least 3 years of experience working in digital marketing • Experience with B2B marketing • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent proofreading and editing abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Ability to work in a team environment • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter • A quiet place to work without disruption and a strong internet connection • Must reside and work in one of the following US states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, HI, KY, MA, MT, NV, NH, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA Desired: • Experience in e-commerce • Experience with HubSpot • Knowledge of the admissions process to independent K-12 schools and to colleges • Demonstrated success in a remote work environment Along with your resume, please submit a cover letter that explains how your past experience and future goals are a strong match for this role.
