Administer and maintain the ERP system, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve processes, support end-users, and manage IT systems and vendor relationships. | Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years hands-on experience with Infor Syteline ERP, strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture and manufacturing/distribution workflows, plus analytical and communication skills. | The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position, you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion. Responsibilities • Administer and maintain the ERP system, ensuring optimal performance, security, and data integrity while managing updates, patches, and new modules. • Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to gather requirements, translate needs into ERP solutions, and maintain a roadmap of system enhancements and projects. • Support business processes and improvements by analyzing workflows, recommending process enhancements, and contributing to ERP implementations and integrations. • Provide end-user support and training, including troubleshooting system issues, resolving problems, and developing training materials/programs. • Oversee IT systems and integrations, managing software evaluations, vendor relationships, and documentation of IT processes.
