Qualifications: • Education: Master’s Degree (or equivalent postgraduate degree) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years focused on stress testing, capital planning, regulatory reporting, or risk management in a banking or capital markets context. • Exposure to CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP processes highly desirable. • Previous project/program management experience in a regulatory or finance-related role is a strong plus. • Technical Skills: • Familiarity with statistical tools or data platforms (e.g., SAS, Python, R, SQL, Excel, Power BI) • Understanding of capital markets products and balance sheet dynamics • Certifications (preferred): FRM, CFA, or PMP • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities in a high-stakes, deadline-driven environment.
