We are seeking a highly organized and analytically minded Program Manager to lead and coordinate capital markets stress testing initiatives, including support for DFAST/CCAR, ICAAP, and other regulatory capital planning efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in finance, capital planning, or regulatory reporting within a banking or capital markets environment, along with experience managing complex, cross-functional programs. This role requires coordination across risk, finance, modeling, and technology teams to ensure regulatory deliverables are met with precision and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end program management for Capital Markets stress testing initiatives (e.g., CCAR, DFAST, ICAAP), ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and internal timelines. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Treasury, and Modeling teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource needs. • Oversee the collection, validation, and integration of data inputs from various business lines for scenario analysis and capital impact modeling. • Track regulatory changes and ensure programs remain compliant with evolving requirements from the Federal Reserve, OCC, and other regulatory bodies. • Maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, action logs, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability across workstreams. • Support senior management in the preparation of materials for governance committees, internal audit, and regulatory examinations. • Coordinate with technology partners and data teams to manage dependencies around model implementation, system enhancements, or reporting automation. • Assist in the evaluation and improvement of internal stress testing methodologies, controls, and documentation standards. • Drive the execution of remediation plans or model adjustments based on validation feedback or regulatory findings. • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and operational excellence throughout the capital planning lifecycle. Qualifications: • Education: Master’s Degree (or equivalent postgraduate degree) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related discipline. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 2 years focused on stress testing, capital planning, regulatory reporting, or risk management in a banking or capital markets context. • Exposure to CCAR/DFAST/ICAAP processes highly desirable. • Previous project/program management experience in a regulatory or finance-related role is a strong plus. • Technical Skills: • Familiarity with statistical tools or data platforms (e.g., SAS, Python, R, SQL, Excel, Power BI) • Understanding of capital markets products and balance sheet dynamics • Certifications (preferred): FRM, CFA, or PMP • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities in a high-stakes, deadline-driven environment.
