We have six levels that we are open to hiring, spanning from Account Manager I (3-5 years of relevant experience) to Sr. Account Director (15+ years of relevant experience). Base salary is dependent on your experience. We’re looking for relationship-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships and generating revenue growth in the aviation aftermarket. The ideal candidate brings established industry relationships and thrives on delivering value through consultative engagement, not just high-volume quoting. Commercial - this role will focus on developing business with airlines, MROs, and leasing companies across the Airbus, Boeing, and other commercial aviation platforms. Business Jet - this role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with operators, MROs, OEMs, and service providers across major business jet platforms including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, and Embraer. This is a full time, permanent position on a remote basis with 25-30% travel.
