Job Title: Account Manager/Director Location: Remote Skills: Aviation aftermarket sales A global aviation aftermarket supplier is looking to expand both their commercial and business jet account management teams. We have six levels that we are open to hiring, spanning from Account Manager I (3-5 years of relevant experience) to Sr. Account Director (15+ years of relevant experience). Base salary is dependent on your experience. We’re looking for relationship-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of building long-term client partnerships and generating revenue growth in the aviation aftermarket. The ideal candidate brings established industry relationships and thrives on delivering value through consultative engagement, not just high-volume quoting. Commercial - this role will focus on developing business with airlines, MROs, and leasing companies across the Airbus, Boeing, and other commercial aviation platforms. Business Jet - this role focuses on managing and expanding relationships with operators, MROs, OEMs, and service providers across major business jet platforms including Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, and Embraer. This is a full time, permanent position on a remote basis with 25-30% travel. Responsibilities: • Manage and grow a portfolio of clients. • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth. • Expand market presence by identifying and onboarding new high-value accounts. • Collaborate with internal operations and support teams to ensure timely, high-quality customer service. • Negotiate agreements and secure favorable terms that align with company objectives. • Represent the company at leading industry events (NBAA, EBACE, etc.) to strengthen brand visibility and industry networks. • Maintain accurate records of account management activity within CRM systems. Must-Have Skills: • 3-15+ years of experience in aftermarket parts sales • Strong portfolio of established customer relationships in the aviation industry. • For Commercial AM: Strong knowledge of Airbus and Boeing platforms, as well as aftermarket supply chain processes. • For Business Jet AM: In-depth knowledge of Bombardier, Gulfstream, Dassault, and other key business jet platforms. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Proven track record of hitting revenue growth targets through relationship-based sales. • Ability to travel internationally 25–30% of the time. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or related field (OR equivalent professional experience).
