Lead operations and implement scalable processes in a gaming startup environment. | 5+ years in operations or PMO roles within software/SaaS/gaming, startup experience, managing production schedules, budgets, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration. | Our client is a start-up, 50-person gaming studio that builds in-game branded content and experiences in some of the world’s most popular video games. The company partners with brands like Disney, Barbie, etc. and builds their marketing presence within games such as Fortnite and Minecraft. They are seeking their first Head of Ops, to be the most seasoned leader in the organization, to help improve their operations and implement scalable processes. Job Title: Head of Operations Location: Remote/Hybrid - 100% Remote - ET hours preferred. • Must be based in US and eligible to work for any US employer. No C2C or sponsorship can be provided at this time.
