We are seeking a high-level Client Solutions & Delivery Lead to support U.S. operations for a fast-growing insurtech SaaS company expanding across the U.S. insurance ecosystem. This is a full-time, fully remote position working EST hours. The ideal candidate blends technical fluency with client-facing experience, balancing solution delivery and account oversight for commercial insurance clients. U.S. work authorization is required. No visa sponsorship is available at this time. Job Title: Client Solutions & Delivery Lead (InsurTech) Location: Remote (EST Hours, U.S.-based only) Responsibilities • Deliver product demonstrations and assist in the solutioning process with insurance brokerage clients during the pre-sales phase • Act as the primary implementation point of contact, managing customer communication, collecting onboarding data (e.g., number of users, key accounts, required integrations), and ensuring successful delivery of client's SaaS platform • Provide ongoing white-glove account management after launch, ensuring high user engagement and satisfaction • note: this role is not responsible for upselling or renewals • Serve as a strategic thought partner to customers, helping them realize product value by translating their insurance specific workflows into platform solutions • Collaborate internally with product, sales, and engineering to escalate feedback and support successful client outcomes Required Skills & Experience • 10+ years of relevant experience in SaaS account management, implementation, client services, or solutions consulting • Strong communication skills and client presence, with the ability to support C-suite and VP-level brokerage contacts • Experience conducting product demos or supporting technical pre-sales initiatives. Familiarity with insurtech, agency management systems, or insurance workflow platforms is a plus • Ability to manage multiple accounts and workstreams independently, with strong attention to follow-through during implementation phases • Experience in commercial insurance, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is preferred but not required Compensation • Base Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 • On-Target Earnings: $200,000 - $225,000 total (includes performance-based incentives or bonus) Additional Information • Role is 100% remote, but candidates must be based in the U.S. and available to work Eastern Time (EST) business hours • Must be authorized to work in the United States — no visa sponsorship available • Title may be flexible based on experience (e.g., Senior Consultant, Lead Account Manager, Director-level IC) For more information or to apply, contact Andrew Gallagher at agallagher@Talener.com
