Responsibilities include: • Reviewing credit agreements to determine pricing, contract terms, requirements, and related details. • Entering and validating data in Loan IQ. • Coordinating with deal teams to collect documentation, answer questions, confirm requirements, and prepare for engagements. • Occasionally engaging with Agent Banks (no direct client interaction). Required Skills • LoanIQ Expertise: Proficiency in Loan IQ or similar loan management systems. Ability to thoroughly review and validate loan documents for accuracy and compliance. • Education/Experience: Degree or professional background in banking and/or finance. • Problem-Solving: Skill in identifying and resolving documentation issues or discrepancies. • Software Proficiency: Experience with loan management systems and financial tools. • Risk Management: Understanding of risk identification and mitigation in corporate lending.
