This person will support the end-to-end coordination for designing, launching, and testing marketing campaigns across various teams (Product Marketing, Growth/Lifecycle Marketing, Creative, Compliance, Marketing Operations, Product, and Marketing Analytics). In support of the cross-functional team, they will manage a campaign or sprint calendar, meticulously document and plan all steps needed to launch campaigns or marketing experiments, and identify opportunities to reduce risk, increase efficiency, and improve communication around campaign launches, results, and learnings. Contract length: ??6-12 months Essential Functions • Serve as the 'scrum master' for growth and lifecycle marketing programs, ensuring all projects and tasks are executed on time and with high quality. • Facilitate Agile marketing ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring team engagement and alignment. • Build detailed project and sprint plans, create necessary tickets to engage supporting teams, and negotiate with cross-functional team leads to drive progress. • Ensure all materials are reviewed and approved by Compliance and Legal. • Provide visibility to stakeholders and keep all teams informed throughout each project. • Apply strong creative judgment to evaluate campaign ideas against marketing briefs. • Demonstrate high attention to detail with an eye for proofreading, grammar, and punctuation. • Collaborate across the organization to ensure campaigns align with the needs and objectives of applicable business units. EDUCATION • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Experience • 6-10 years of experience in project or program management roles, ideally within the marketing space. • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines. • Ability to gather and synthesize relevant information to facilitate decision-making processes. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships across stakeholder groups. • High attention to detail and ability to quickly gain familiarity with new subject matter domains. • Proficiency in MS Office suite and project planning tools. • Experience in financial services, technology, banking, or financial advisory industries. • Proven track record in managing large marketing campaigns. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Creative, strategic, and proactive team player. • Former professional services or client relationship management experience is a plus. • Agile marketing or product certification also a plus. • *Please note - All interviews for this role will be conducted on camera with both ??Swipejobs and the client and will be recorded for future reference. ** ??**Please note that we are unable to sponsor applicants requiring work authorization or ??visas for positions currently available.
