This is a permanent - internal position which includes sales and recruiting responsibilities. Candidates need to have experience and success in either B2B sales relating to staffing/recruiting in the last 2-5 years. Our Business Development Managers are responsible to sell our digital staffing services by identifying prospects and developing client relationships. Our B2B sales focus includes making outbound cold calls, texts, emails, using social media and having on-site client meetings. Sourcing/interviewing and making the right Talent match is vital to the success of this role Desired Qualifications: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients. Experience in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills, as the role involves elements of sales and negotiation. Some customer service experience can be beneficial, as it involves dealing with people and understanding their needs. The ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously is crucial. Being goal-oriented and able to work towards meeting specific recruitment targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and clients. Patience and Persistence these qualities are important for dealing with various clients and candidates and for the sometimes lengthy recruitment process.
