Community Engagement • Manage our social communities by responding to comments and messages. • Build meaningful connections with followers and help strengthen our online presence. Influencer Marketing • Create and manage influencer strategies that align with our brand. • Find and recruit influencers and content creators who resonate with our audience. • Plan and run influencer campaigns, from content creation to posting schedules. • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for influencer partnerships. • Maintain great relationships with influencers and track campaign results to keep improving. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Mentor and support the Social Media Manager and share best practices with the team. • Partner with other departments to make sure our social and influencer efforts support wider company goals. • Stay up to date on new trends, tools, and opportunities to keep us ahead of the curve.
