We are looking for a new, remote Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Team. This individual will report into our Project Management Manager and play a critical role in executing a wide variety of large, complex projects across the business. Role Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Remote Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 USD per year Responsibilities: Project Management Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance our ecommerce website, mobile app, and back-of-office software. Assist in defining scope, goals, key milestones, and timelines. Gather work estimates, build roadmaps, and drive momentum towards meeting project objectives by delegating tasks, coordinating project activities, and tracking progress on deliverables. Continuously measure overall project performance to identify areas for improvement. Communication, Stakeholder Management, and Meeting Facilitation Serve as a point of contact and ensure proactive, clear, and comprehensive communication across product teams including developers, business stakeholders, and leadership. Keep project management software and documentation up to date. Prepare agendas and facilitate meetings effectively, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment among stakeholders and technical team members. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with software engineers, product managers, third-party vendors, and key business stakeholders to craft dynamic technical plans, ensuring goal achievement and efficient delivery of customer and business value. Support team members by removing roadblocks and facilitating collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. Risk Management Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation strategies. Process Improvement Evaluate, analyze, suggest, and implement process improvements to the project workflow, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and timely execution. Incoming Product Request/Bug Portal Coordination Assist with our internal product request process to add new features, update existing features, and fix bugs on our customer-facing ecommerce website and back-of-office software by clarifying and prioritizing requests from around the business amongst shifting priorities, demands, and timelines, and funneling work through the appropriate teams. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 2+ years of project management experience working with product managers, software developers, UX designers, and quality assurance engineers Knowledge of different project management frameworks including waterfall, agile, and hybrid Experience with project management and/or development software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Coda, Monday.com, Asana, etc.) Experience in a software development environment and knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Strong leadership skills with effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear, concise, and confident communication across departments and levels of the business High level of emotional intelligence Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, showcasing the ability to multitask and re-prioritize as needed Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with remote and e-commerce teams Experience serving as a scrum master or CSM Why work with us: We have awesome benefits – We offer a wide variety of benefits to help support you and your loved ones.
