Responsibilities • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing of food products. • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable agreements. • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels. • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on food trends and pricing fluctuations. • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences for food supplies. • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all purchasing activities. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and inventory levels.
