Job Responsibilities: Enterprise-Level Digital Sales & Strategic Partnerships Lead digital business development activities exclusively within DSOs, driving adoption of Straumann Group’s digital ecosystem across national and multi-regional partner organizations. Engage DSO executive leadership to identify digital workflow opportunities, evaluate organizational needs, and position Straumann Group as a strategic digital partner. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across enterprise customers, ensuring alignment from initial opportunity identification to successful implementation. Drive achievement of digital hardware, software, and workflow KPIs across the Enterprise Solutions business. DSO Digital Workflow Expansion Assess digital maturity within targeted DSOs and recommend tailored strategies for adoption, expansion, and optimization of digital workflows. Support enterprise-level onboarding and implementation of digital solutions, ensuring continuity between sales, training, product, and customer experience teams. Partner with field sales leadership (DSS, Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect teams) to ensure consistent pipeline generation, coordinated account activity, and unified messaging for DSO partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment Serve as the primary bridge between Enterprise Solutions and all internal digital stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment across NAM. Partner with Digital Marketing to develop and refine fleet-wide adoption campaigns, educational materials, and enterprise-focused programs. Collaborate with Product Marketing and internal Training & Education to ensure DSO customers and internal teams are equipped with the tools, curriculum, and support needed to optimize digital workflows. Business Development Strategy & Market Insights Develop enterprise-level business plans that support revenue growth, digital workflow penetration, and strategic account expansion. Monitor DSO industry trends, competitive digital offerings, and evolving technological needs, sharing insights with leadership to shape future digital roadmap decisions. Support the creation and rollout of strategic sales tools such as playbooks, workflow maps, decision frameworks, or digital adoption programs customized for DSOs. Special Markets Integration Work closely with Enterprise Solutions leadership to ensure all digital targets, initiatives, and rollout strategies are integrated into broader national DSO priorities. Support enterprise opportunities for Straumann, Neodent, and other digital-enabled solutions. Customer Experience & Education Strengthen the Straumann digital value proposition by collaborating with Customer Support, Technical Training, and Education teams. Ensure DSOs receive a best-in-class onboarding experience and ongoing digital support that promotes successful long-term adoption. Identify, cultivate, and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who reinforce digital strategy and deliver education within DSO networks. Event, Program, and Initiative Support Represent Digital Solutions at key enterprise events, DSO leadership meetings, national sales meetings, trade shows, and strategic summits as needed.
