Introduction As a Junior Export Coordinator, you will support global distribution and order processing for a dedicated portfolio of Straumann Group oral care products and services. Based in Madrid, you will report to the Team Leader Distribution Digital International and work closely with internal teams, warehouses, and global distributors to ensure reliable, compliant, and customer-focused export operations in a regulated and fast-evolving environment. Your Role In this role, you will contribute to smooth and efficient international distribution by: • Processing customer orders accurately in SAP • Preparing delivery notes and coordinating shipments for pick & pack in the warehouse • Managing customer backorders and monitoring delivery performance • Creating and maintaining export documentation (e.g. customs invoices, packing lists, transport orders, certificates of origin) • Sending dispatch notifications to global distributors and subsidiaries • Supporting license management activities • Using digital tools to support day-to-day operations and continuous improvement • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, automation, and customer experience • Collaborating with colleagues across functions and locations • Being open to occasional travel to Straumann Group HQ in Basel Your Profile Must Have • Completed commercial or logistics-related training, or equivalent experience • Foundational knowledge of export/import operations • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems (e.g. ERP, MS Office) • Ability to prioritize tasks, work with deadlines, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally • Proficient English, written and spoken Nice to have • Experience in a freight forwarding or international logistics environment • Familiarity with SAP R/3 • Exposure to digital technologies such as automation, data analytics, or process digitization • German language All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability Employment Type: Contract
