Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Accounting Operations • Supervise, develop, and support the accounting team. • Oversee general ledger management, AP/AR, payroll-related accounting, and other daily accounting functions. • Lead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Financial Reporting & Compliance • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. • Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities. Process Optimization & Systems • Streamline and standardize accounting processes, improving accuracy and efficiency. • Enhance documentation, SOPs, and internal accounting workflows. • Utilize ERP and reporting tools to strengthen data visibility and financial insights. Cross-Functional Partnership • Collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and senior leadership to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making. • Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and recommendations to drive improved performance. • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
