Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact corporate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with SSOE’s strategic objectives. • Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business priorities. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, cross-functional initiatives. • Facilitate cross-functional team coordination, driving clear communication, accountability, and results. • Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies across the organization. • Mentor and guide project managers and team members, building internal project management capabilities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. • Oversee the innovation intake process, ensuring projects are prioritized and executed in alignment with SSOE’s strategic goals. Qualifications What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate environment. • Experience in technology-focused project management. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. • Proven expertise in aligning project execution with overarching organizational strategy. • Experience in change management and organizational transformation. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong financial acumen and proven experience in effectively managing project budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility. Implement gate checks and readiness assessments to validate Facilities PMs’ ability to lead projects of increasing scale and complexity.
