SSOE is seeking an experienced Director to oversee our Capital Delivery and Corporate Project Management function. Responsibilities What You’ll Do • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-impact corporate projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with SSOE’s strategic objectives. • Collaborate with executive leadership to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business priorities. • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies for complex, cross-functional initiatives. • Facilitate cross-functional team coordination, driving clear communication, accountability, and results. • Monitor and report on project progress, performance metrics, and outcomes to stakeholders. • Establish and enforce project management standards, tools, and methodologies across the organization. • Mentor and guide project managers and team members, building internal project management capabilities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency. • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery. • Oversee the innovation intake process, ensuring projects are prioritized and executed in alignment with SSOE’s strategic goals. Qualifications What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred). • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in a corporate environment. • Experience in technology-focused project management. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Jira). • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. • Proven expertise in aligning project execution with overarching organizational strategy. • Experience in change management and organizational transformation. • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Strong financial acumen and proven experience in effectively managing project budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
