| About SPRX SPRX is modernizing corporate tax with AI. Our platform automates over 80 % of the manual work behind R&D tax credits, 179D energy-efficiency deductions, and cost segregation studies, delivering audit-ready results in days instead of months. Mid-market and enterprise finance teams rely on SPRX to uncover millions in incentives while staying fully compliant. The role As Product Manager, you will create and contribute to the roadmap for our Tax Product Automation suite, used by CFOs and tax leaders at high-growth and Fortune 500 companies. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and tax experts to build AI-powered software, deep ERP/payroll integrations, and delightful in-app experiences that remove friction for complex, multi-stakeholder tax processes. What you’ll do Define and evangelize product vision that scales SPRX to a unified tax-incentive platform. Translate customer pain points into clear requirements; validate with data, user interviews, and in-app experimentation. Prioritize a roadmap that balances near-term revenue impact with long-term platform bets (e.g., LLM-driven document classification, auto-generated narratives, and native connectors). Drive end-to-end execution with a dedicated squad of engineers, designers, tax experts, and salespeople. Partner cross-functionally with Tax, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure go-to-market readiness and audit-grade quality. Measure success via adoption, cycle-time reduction, customer NPS, and ARR lift; share insights company-wide. Level up the PM craft at SPRX by contributing to processes, mentoring peers, and fostering an outcome-oriented culture. What we’re looking for 1 - 3+ years of product management in B2B SaaS; experience with fintech, accounting, or compliance products strongly preferred. Demonstrated success launching workflow or data platforms for mid-market and enterprise customers. Fluency in data: you form hypotheses, design experiments, and use metrics to drive decisions. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (bonus for hands-on work with LLMs) and enthusiasm for turning them into shipped features. Empathy for finance and tax users—comfortable diving into IRS guidance one hour and Figma mock-ups the next. Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity for both executives and engineers. Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or business field (or equivalent experience). Nice-to-haves Prior experience in a high-growth startup (Series A-C). Background in public accounting, client services, finance, or corporate tax. Track record of mentoring PMs or leading small product teams. Why you’ll love working here Make a real dent in a $300 B+ tax market that is still largely manual. Ship AI features that move the needle for finance teams and free them from spreadsheets. Join a tight-knit team where your voice matters and your roadmap ships fast. Competitive salary, health/dental/vision, and an annual “Continuous Learning” stipend. Hybrid flexibility: collaborate in our NYC hub three days per week; work remotely the rest.
