Required Skills And Abilities • Perform a Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) analysis considering cross-functional and intra/inter-department process flows • Provide an executive summary to address the performed analysis, possible strategies to address risk, and a risk mitigation plan • Perform an As-Is/To-Be Gap Analysis to identify differences between business process flows as they are now, and what they will be in the future. Based on the analysis, the Contractor shall make comprehensive recommendations covering all aspects of implementing the new processes.
