Roles and Responsibilities + Manage daily logistics operations spanning receiving, inspection, storage, distribution, and shipping. + Lead inventory management activities including reconciliation, audits, discrepancy resolution, and stock validation. + Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) that align with contract performance requirements. + Support the design and improvement of warehouse layout, material staging protocols, and process flows. + Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain mission readiness. + Review and validate shipping documents, receiving reports, and inventory adjustments for accuracy. + Provide mentoring and oversight to Logistics/Material Coordinators and other warehouse personnel. + Ensure facility and warehouse compliance with MHE, OSHA, and forklift safety requirements. + Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of material requirements. + Prepare operational reports, performance metrics, and documentation required by the Government.
