The PM will be a pivotal role, collaborating with Facilities, Engineering, Maintenance and Procurement teams in portfolio and property management, acquisitions and end-client operational strategies. Job Requirements: • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing large-scale projects, with a focus on business analysis, improvement initiatives, and program implementation. Technical writing experience a strong plus! • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong background in engineering, facilities management, or related field. • Proficiency in project management tools and systems; familiarity with MAXIMO or PeopleSoft is highly desirable.
