Responsibilities: • Overseeing a team that is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a broker-dealer • Large scale and change and enhancement projects • Responsible for Options clearing (OCC) • Trading and Purchase & Sales • Stock Record, Segregation, and Security Movements • Account transfers, Cost Basis, Trade Reporting • Cash (customer-facing) and Treasury (firm needs) • Corporate Actions and Security Master Qualifications: • 10+ years experience managing an operations team within a broker-dealer • Must be a hands-on manager that knows the operations • Bachelor's Degree • Strong managerial and strategy skills • Series 7 & 24 are a must • Series 4 is a plus
