What You’ll Do Lead growth strategy across Wellfound, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid campaigns Build and optimize a marketing funnel to drive leads and subscriptions Develop content marketing, case studies, and customer success stories Collaborate on pricing, product positioning, and branding Drive investor-facing narratives, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns What We’re Looking For 3+ years in growth, marketing, or startup GTM roles Strong storytelling, copywriting, and analytics skills Experience scaling SaaS products (bonus if in HR tech or AI) Data-driven mindset + creativity for scrappy, early-stage execution
