As an early hire, you’ll craft our messaging, manage campaigns, and build scalable channels to attract both SMBs and enterprise clients. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to ensure SnapHire AI’s story resonates with customers and investors alike. What You’ll Do Lead growth strategy across Wellfound, LinkedIn, SEO, and paid campaigns Build and optimize a marketing funnel to drive leads and subscriptions Develop content marketing, case studies, and customer success stories Collaborate on pricing, product positioning, and branding Drive investor-facing narratives, pitch decks, and outreach campaigns What We’re Looking For 3+ years in growth, marketing, or startup GTM roles Strong storytelling, copywriting, and analytics skills Experience scaling SaaS products (bonus if in HR tech or AI) Data-driven mindset + creativity for scrappy, early-stage execution
