The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of dental lead acquisition and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand. Develop segmented audience strategies to customize messaging for new leads across the entire marketing funnel, as well as for lead sources. Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine campaigns based on data. Facebook Ad Strategy: Build and manage Facebook ad campaigns, focusing on achieving quantifiable conversion goals. Develop ad copy, creative concepts. Integrate campaigns with HubSpot and other platforms for lead tracking and ROI measurement. Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad performance across audiences and creatives. Provide reporting and insights to the Director of Marketing on campaign effectiveness. Marketing Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy. Stay current on dental industry trends and patient behavior insights. Document processes and contribute to scalable marketing systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and advertising regulations relevant to healthcare marketing. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs 1+ years of experience in email marketing and Facebook ad strategy 2+ years of dental industry experience Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) Excellent customer service Ability to effectively manage resources Driven to deliver results Highly organized Collaborative relationship builder Possess strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in marketing in the dental industry Track record of driving measurable conversion campaigns Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in marketing communications Experience managing budgets and scaling paid social campaigns Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The Project Manager ensures all onboarding projects stay on track and launch on time. Project Managers assign tasks promptly to internal teams and guide clients through the 5–10 week onboarding process. This is a full time, fully remote position in a very fast-paced environment requiring high attention to detail. Must reside in the United States. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required. Must reside in the United States Ability to work for a company that values their people and their talents Supportive and empowering work culture environment Supervisory Responsibilities None Duties/Responsibilities Manage multiple client projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines, client expectations, and SMC standards are met Prepare, organize, and maintain onboarding documents; gather and track needed assets from clients and internal teams Create project plans and schedules in ClickUp, assigning tasks, managing cases, and monitoring progress across concurrent projects Lead and provide clear direction to internal teams responsible for building client websites and assets Collaborate with Support Specialists, Growth Coaches, and other departments to define project scope, requirements, and resources Keep projects moving by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, updating information in Hubspot and ensuring seamless handoffs between phases Communicate status updates and next steps to Growth Coaches, Senior Project Manager and most importantly, the client Host at least two major meetings with the client, Growth Coach, and Marketing teams; follow through on action items, with additional client meetings as needed Maintain knowledge of SOPs, company processes, and handle incoming requests in a timely manner Perform additional duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3-5+ years of project management or equivalent experience Ability to lead and delegate complex tasks to team members Experience with data input and case/task management Experience with project management & CRM tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Notion, TaskRay, Salesforce, Hubspot, Vitally, etc. Experience in Microsoft and Google Suite Products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
