Job Title: Marketing Strategist Department: Marketing Reports to: Director of Marketing Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Marketing Strategist with proven experience in the dental industry. This dual-role position requires a creative storyteller and analytical thinker who can craft compelling email campaigns while developing and optimizing Facebook ad strategies. The ideal candidate will understand the nuances of dental lead acquisition and will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Must reside in the United States Ability to work for a company that values their people and their talents Supportive and empowering work culture environment Monthly Performance Bonus opportunity Supervisory Responsibilities N/A Duties/Responsibilities Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Develop, edit, and optimize email campaigns to ensure alignment with the company's brand and voice, with a focus on driving measurable conversions. Collaborate with the graphics team to ensure emails are visually appealing and on-brand. Develop segmented audience strategies to customize messaging for new leads across the entire marketing funnel, as well as for lead sources. Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and refine campaigns based on data. Facebook Ad Strategy: Build and manage Facebook ad campaigns, focusing on achieving quantifiable conversion goals. Develop ad copy, creative concepts. Integrate campaigns with HubSpot and other platforms for lead tracking and ROI measurement. Conduct A/B testing and optimize ad performance across audiences and creatives. Provide reporting and insights to the Director of Marketing on campaign effectiveness. Marketing Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing strategy. Stay current on dental industry trends and patient behavior insights. Document processes and contribute to scalable marketing systems. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and advertising regulations relevant to healthcare marketing. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs 1+ years of experience in email marketing and Facebook ad strategy 2+ years of dental industry experience Strong copywriting skills with ability to adapt tone Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) Excellent customer service Ability to effectively manage resources Driven to deliver results Highly organized Collaborative relationship builder Possess strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Direct experience in marketing in the dental industry Track record of driving measurable conversion campaigns Familiarity with HIPAA compliance in marketing communications Experience managing budgets and scaling paid social campaigns Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
