We are seeking a Technical Product Owner, located in Poland, to lead product development by creating precise user stories and acceptance criteria with Project Managers and development teams. This role involves translating client requirements into technical specifications, serving as the main client contact, and supporting the product roadmap. You'll also ensure stakeholder communication, validate product quality through testing, and stay abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvements and innovation. Responsibilities User Story Development: Collaborate with Project Managers and development teams to draft clear and actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria. Requirements Analysis: Collect and interpret requirements from clients and stakeholders, converting them into detailed technical specifications. Client Interaction: Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information on product features and solutions. Product Roadmap: Assist in developing and updating the product roadmap to align with business goals and client needs. Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, organize meetings, and provide updates on product progress while collecting feedback. Quality Assurance: Verify that product features meet the defined acceptance criteria and take part in user acceptance testing (UAT). Continuous Improvement: Review and analyze feedback to drive enhancements in product features and development practices. Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Products Owner or Business Analyst, or in a similar client-facing product role. Proven experience in drafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs. Exposure to both standardized and customized product implementations in a technical environment. Experience working with enterprise clients (preferably in the banking/financial services domain). Experience with backend applications in business-to-business (B2B) projects is strongly preferred Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar backlog management/documentation systems. Solid analytical and testing skills. Knowledge of integration, APIs, and product configuration is an advantage. Experience in writing backend requirements for Java, JavaScript, databases (SQL or others) - Nice to have Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with both technical and business audiences. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. We are looking for a senior KYC/AML sales professional who is looking for the freedom to create their own success.
