We are searching for a Human Resources Specialist, located in Poland, to join our People Operations team, supporting recruiting, administrative and associate relations activities within the team. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interviews coordination, offers). Support HR administration: contracts, amendments, onboarding documentation, offboarding processes. Conduct and coordinate salary review cycles, ensuring consistency and fairness across teams. Manage feedback and performance review processes (e.g., 360 feedback, manager assessments). Review and prepare compliance documentation required for client and bank onboarding (e.g., verify CVs, IDs, police clearance statements). Maintain HR records in systems (e.g., BambooHR, internal databases) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR queries and policies. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure accurate HR processes. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations (preferably in an international or fast-scaling environment). Strong knowledge of HR processes: recruitment, payroll/salary reviews, feedback cycles, and compliance. Familiarity with handling sensitive documentation (IDs, background checks, compliance requests). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); Polish is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with HR tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar) is a plus. High integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
