Full Stack Developer, Remote Full Stack Developer Remote POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to provide technical leadership and drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business and technology strategies. Ensure applications meet performance, security, reliability, and compliance requirements. Team Leadership & Mentoring Mentor and coach developers on technical skills, software design, and development best practices. Support technical onboarding and growth of team members. Lead code reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence. Assist with technical hiring, candidate evaluations, and team development planning. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong experience designing and developing enterprise applications using: C# .NET Core/.NET Framework Java Spring Boot Angular TypeScript Extensive experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
