Digital Product Analyst The Digital Product Analyst will work closely with Digital Product Managers and Cross Functional teams to drive the agile development, testing and delivery of digital initiatives and ongoing enhancements for the Signet branded websites. This role is responsible for successful execution of the product vision through user story creation, collaboration with the business and development teams, validation of acceptance criteria, and supporting delivery of best-in-class digital experiences. This role will incorporate the use of qualitative and quantitative analytics to measure the success of product increments to help inform future decisions and roadmap priorities. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Translate and document business requirements in the format of product epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Cross functional collaboration to ensure brand-specific identity and intent are reflected in all delivered solutions Organize and maintain product backlog based on priorities and dependencies Incorporate AI technologies into everyday activities Assist in validation of upcoming and delivered product increments Partner with engineers to clarify requirements and explore technical tradeoffs Work with the Product Manager to understand intent of the functionality being added or modified and act in product manager role when necessary Identify areas that might require further clarification or input by Business stakeholders Provide input to Non-Functional Product Analyst on areas where technical system capabilities may need to be modified or tested Participate in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful product launch Daily activities include, but are not limited to: Sprint Planning, Backlog refinement, Grooming of User Stories, Retrospectives, Daily Scrum QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 3 - 5 years in Digital Product Management, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product /Project Management role Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and content management systems Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, et al. RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze customer and site data (e.g., Medallia, CSAT/NPS, Adobe Analytics) to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for brand-specific enhancements Conduct research on user stories and requests to define requirements, dependencies, and expected benefits Measure, track, and report results from completed initiatives against KPIs such as engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria Collaborate with the Design team to ensure brand-specific identity and intent are reflected in solutions Provide technical input on CMS capabilities, front-end theming (CSS, tokens, styles), and integration considerations Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives; help prioritize sprint work with the Product Manager Validate delivered functionality through manual/functional testing and coordinate with QA to ensure requirements are met Partner with engineers to clarify requirements and explore technical tradeoffs Assist in the development and execution of product demonstrations with stakeholders to ensure successful launch POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required; technical or analytical field preferred Certifications a plus Minimum of 2 - 4 years in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst or Product /Project Management role Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements Experience in Agile delivery, design thinking practice and sprint planning Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, design tokens) and content management systems Experience in using industry standard Agile tools – Jira, Confluence, et al.
