Job Description Location: San Francisco Bay Area (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) We are seeking a Senior Data Governance Program Lead (Associate Manager) to lead a high-visibility enterprise data governance engagement for a large-scale SaaS client. This role sits squarely at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, and execution. You will act as a trusted advisor and proxy for the enterprise data governance sponsor, responsible for translating governance strategy into an operating reality. You will drive cross-functional alignment, secure VP-level decisions, and ensure consistent adoption of governance standards across multiple business units. This role is well-suited for a senior consultant who combines strong executive presence with hands-on program leadership and thrives in complex, matrixed client environments. Qualifications • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, firm or product development environment. • Proven success managing large-scale website or web application projects from kickoff through deployment. • Strong understanding of web development lifecycles, including discovery, UX/UI design, engineering, QA/testing, and launch. • Ability to interpret and manage requirements across technical teams; familiarity with tech stacks and integration flows a plus. • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with client-facing experience. • Skilled in project management tools (Airtable, Kantata, Jira, Asana, or similar). • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve technical and workflow challenges. • Bachelors Degree required Additional Information Compensation & Benefits We believe in supporting our team professionally and personally.
