Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service and administration servicing for our clients’ assigned hedge and private equity funds. As a Fund Accounting Supervisor, you will act as an intermediary between the funds and their investment managers and serve as the official record keeper for the funds. You will also train and supervise the accounting analysts on the team. What you will do: • Your skills in accounting will be used by pricing and maintaining timely records for hedge and private equity holdings using various external pricing resources. You will perform timely reconciliations regarding Net Asset Values and provide accounting reports. You are responsible to communicate the transactions associated with the fund(s) and work closely with internal and external clients to provide accurate and thorough accounting packages. • As the record keeper for the fund, you will be involved in the coordination and support of various year-end audit engagements in accordance with GAAP accounting standards. We will need you to perform due-diligence to ensure clients are in compliance with government laws and regulations. • You will train and supervise the accounting analysts on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilities. You will assist in managing a team environment that encourages self-motivation, organization and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing excellence or quality.
