Qaulifications We are seeking an experienced project leader / project manager who thrives in customer-facing environments and has a proven track record managing large, complex infrastructure projects. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree required, PMP preferred 8-12+ years of project management experience, preferably within data centers, critical infrastructure, construction, utilities, industrial, or related environments. Demonstrated experience owning the complete project lifecycle from initiation through delivery. Proven success managing large-scale, long-duration projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders. Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations, deliver difficult messages, influence outcomes, and build long-term relationships. Experience working directly with customers, contractors, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams. Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and risk management principles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams, drive accountability, and achieve results independently. Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in complex, fast-moving environments. Strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on approach to execution. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across local and global teams.
