Responsibilities: • Lead project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. • Oversee electrical scope, including installation, testing, and commissioning. • Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors. • Interface with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project standards. Qualifications: • Licensed Master Electrician (Texas preferred, Arizona also great). • Proven experience in the construction of utility-scale solar farms. • Track record in site or project leadership (PM, Superintendent, Foreman, etc.). • Ability to travel for extended assignments (for per diem roles). • Strong organizational and communication skills.
