Job Title: Master Electrician (Licensed in Texas): Multiple roles for Project Manager / Construction Manager / Superintendent (Utility-Scale Solar) Locations: • Traveling roles across Texas & Arizona, typically Superintendent, Construction Manager • Corporate office in Houston Salary: Competitive relative to the position hired, with per diem where applicable Samuel Knight Energy is the leading recruitment partner in the utility-scale solar EPC space. We are seeking Master Electricians with backgrounds in utility-scale solar farm construction who are looking for their next step in leadership. This unique opportunity can be tailored to the candidate: a Project Management or Executive role based in Houston for those seeking stability, or a per diem-supported travelling position across multiple sites nationwide for those open to Superintendent, Construction Manager, or Foreman roles. Responsibilities: • Lead project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. • Oversee electrical scope, including installation, testing, and commissioning. • Manage and mentor site teams and subcontractors. • Interface with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and project standards. Qualifications: • Licensed Master Electrician (Texas preferred, Arizona also great). • Proven experience in the construction of utility-scale solar farms. • Track record in site or project leadership (PM, Superintendent, Foreman, etc.). • Ability to travel for extended assignments (for per diem roles). • Strong organizational and communication skills.
