What your day-to-day will look like: Lead process improvement initiatives focused on automation, reporting, and data visibility to improve operational performance and drive measurable business results. Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms to support operational decision-making. Partner with operations, IT, business development, and customer stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop scalable solutions aligned with business objectives. Develop automated solutions that improve reporting accuracy, reduce manual processes, and increase operational efficiency. Facilitate meetings with internal teams and customers to present performance insights, recommend solutions, and drive project execution. Support new customer implementations and system enhancements by configuring solutions based on defined business requirements and providing post-implementation support. Act as the primary liaison between technical and operational teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, sustainable solutions. Monitor and report on key process improvement initiatives, measuring productivity gains, operational efficiencies, and business impact. Train, mentor, and support team members on reporting tools, automation techniques, operational processes, and best practices. Build strong working relationships with internal leadership and customer stakeholders to support long-term operational success.
