This is a full‑time consulting role requiring a recognized authority in asset lifecycle management, capital project execution, integrated work management, and SAP intelligent asset related modules. The SME will guide the client through an EAM/EPPM transformation spanning asset data governance, maintenance strategy optimization, project controls, forecasting, scheduling, and end‑to‑end SAP build and deployment. This position demands a consultant capable of immediately delivering value, resolving complex challenges, and leading design decisions across the EAM and EPPM footprint. Primary Focus Areas Advanced SAP EAM & EPPM Expertise (Primary Focus) • Serve as the EAM/EPPM Functional SME with mastery of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM), Project Systems (PS), and Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM) • Lead design and configuration of end‑to‑end asset lifecycle processes, including inspections, preventive maintenance, corrective work, long‑term planning, budgeting, and project execution • Architect integrated work management workflows including notifications, work orders, task lists, maintenance plans, resource planning, and settlement • Develop capital project governance frameworks including portfolio prioritization, investment planning, project structuring, earned value, cost controls, and forecasting • Provide expert guidance on integrations with GIS, PowerPlan, SCADA/OT systems, Mobility (SAP FSM/EAM Mobile), and 3rd‑party scheduling tools • Troubleshoot complex SAP PM/PS/EPPM issues and provide Level 3 functional leadership • Deliver advanced analytics through SAP Fiori, SAP Analytics Cloud, KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting • Lead EAM/EPPM design authority sessions, solution validation workshops, and blueprint reviews Strategic EAM & Capital Program Consulting (Primary Focus) • Conduct maturity assessments of asset management practices, maintenance execution, reliability engineering, project delivery, and data governance • Develop EAM Transformation Roadmaps aligned to ISO 55000, PAS 55, and utility best practices • Create multi‑year capital planning and portfolio prioritization frameworks • Establish governance for asset performance management, work planning, and capital program controls • Optimize lifecycle strategies for critical assets (gas, electric, facilities, fleet, and linear assets) • Define KPIs, performance scorecards, and asset health/risk models • Conduct asset data integrity reviews, taxonomy development (ISO 14224), and data cleansing strategies • Support organizational change in maintenance and capital delivery functions Consulting Deliverables • Lead current‑state assessments for EAM/EPPM, asset data, and SAP PM/PS processes • Develop detailed process maps, system designs, and gap closure strategies • Build business cases demonstrating ROI for reliability improvements and project execution transformation • Facilitate executive workshops on asset strategy, capital optimization, and operational excellence • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and change impact analyses • Serve as trusted advisor to client leadership on supply chain strategy • Deliver go‑live readiness assessments and cutover plans for asset‑related functions Required Qualifications Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred) Required Professional Certifications (must hold at least One): • IAM Certificate or Diploma – Institute of Asset Management • P.E.
